Summary: I purchased this TV for a motorhome application. I don't think I could have found a better solution. It's mounted to the side of a cabinet on a universally adjustable swing arm, and the light weight, screen size, and black edge make it the perfect solution for viewing from a few feet away.
Summary: I bought this TV to replace an older Samsung LCD TV of the same size. This TV is brighter and the picture looks great out of the box with very little adjustments needed. The blacks are inky black and the whites are very bright and accurate. Great contrast and color fidelity. My only minor complaints are: 1) Sound is OK but a little tinny and lacking much base; typical for down-firing speakers in this size TV.
Summary: Very good quality and the angle of view is pretty decent. Small bezel size means that this TV will fit into a constrained space without sacrificing on the screen size. This was very important to me as I had a small size in a kitchen cabinet. The sound is very robust for a TV this size.
Summary: Really pleasantly surprised by how good the picture was on this tv. We purchased the 26" size. We needed a tv that could be viewed while you were sitting on the floor, the couch, or standing up. This one delivers, the picture is just as good on all three levels.
Summary: I had been looking at this TV for several months waiting on the price to come down. Got a great deal on Thanksgiving Day. Fits perfect in my kitchen and the picture is awesome! It was very easy to set up. Have had no problems with it!
Summary: Purchased for my office to replace a no-name, much more expensive TV that died within 5 years. Learned my lesson to stay with reputable brands. My first choice usually is Sony. Pleased with large screen Sony in LR but disappointed with a recent purchase for my bedroom. Very satisfied with my 7 yr old Samsung in kitchen (on constantly). After reading many, many reviews, comparing different brands, decided to stay with Samsung. Delighted with purchase.
Summary: I needed a 26 inch tv to fit onto a small platform that sits next to my treadmill. Several expert reviews considered this set to be the best television for this size display, a no frills, no needless bells and whistles, quality tv. After a week with the set, I think the reviewers were spot on. The picture quality is outstanding, and I haven't found a reason to play with the factory default settings.
Summary: I've had my new Samsung for two weeks now and I love it. The picture quality is better than just about all other sets in this price range. Colors are accurate and bright, and the most impressive thing to me would have be the deep black levels. I am an avid sports fan, and I haven't had any motion issues at all. So if you are a sports fan and were concerned about 60hz, it isn't a problem. The sound quality is OK to above average which is fine.
Summary: I use this TV with basic cable, and thanks to the QAM tuner, I now receive a number of channels I couldn't get with my old set, including the "Expanded Basic" channels. There are lots of features, but it's quite easy to get started and pick up on the features as you need them. I'm a little surprised they don't include an S-video input for those of us who own older DVD players, but the audio/video inputs work fine. I would definitely recommend this set to a friend.
