Summary: I ordered this TV after doing a lot of research. I had a professional setup all my speakers in my new house and this TV was recommended by the company. It was last years model but did not have any less features than the new one had that I really wanted. This TV arrived quickly to my house from the company. They responded to emails quickly and accurately . The TV packaging was in perfect condition, no flaws at all.
Worst purchase ever. Customer Service guarantees that you won't be watching Terry Gilliam's "Brazil" you'll be living it.

Summary: Bought this TV in February. It's now October and we're on our second round of repairs. After a couple months the TV started powering off for no reason. We had to deal with NUMEROUS "diagnostic" phone calls with Samsung before they would send out a technician. They replaced the motherboard and two months later it's doing the EXACT SAME THING. Dealing with their "customer service" is like having to endure a live action "Dante's Inferno".
Summary: Best TV I have ever owned. Great picture. Mounted on the wall with a mount that allows movement in any direction. Picture quality, # of HDMI connections, ease of operation. When people come over and see the TV, I always get compliments, including "It is almost life-size.

Summary: I have a UN75F6400AFXZA Samsung TV and I cannot use the browser to watch Comcast streaming videos. It shows an error the Flash need to be updated from 11.1.102 to 11.8.0. How do I update the Flash version on my TV? Below is the feedback I received from Samsung regarding this issue. Sheridan: Hi, thank you for reaching out to Samsung technical support. How may I assist you? Sheridan: I understand that you would like to update Flash player on the TV.
Summary: I bought this TV new 3 months ago and it has not worked right for the last 6 weeks. Although the issue is a known issue listed in Samsungs own Troubleshooting steps as an issue that requires a technician's visit, they have closed 3 service tickets and sent slightly different troubleshooting steps each time. I don't recommend this TV to anyone. I have been loyal to Samsung for the last 8 years, but they will be lucky to ever get my business again.
Summary: I have been buying samsung TVs for more than 10 years now. Good product, reasonable price and excellent features. But lately the quality has been deteriorating and along with it the after sales support. I bought this new 75" and the next day got a dead pixel (permanent red pixel). Contacted Samsung and they sent someone over to take pictures, test ..etc. 2 weeks later they call and say that the TV has a defect and all they can do is change the panel.
