Great Picture ...Mindless Tech Support

Summary: Great Picture.... terrible customer service! Maybe these TV's are smarter than the people on their help lines. I have owned this TV over 6 months, and still, I cannot connect the TV to a sound bar or home theater system. I am an electrical engineer and I fly jet aircraft, but I cannot understand the software on this very complicated product. Following all the on-screen prompts is a dead end street.
Summary: No doubt a smartest tv on earth till now. but considering the today's scenario & the legendary phones like S4, note3(will be) & iphones, htc etc. we are used to have a smartest usage, pls. try & incooperate or align the fetures like phone. as smartness is all about easiness.
