Summary: I love the tv and the picture, but I hate Samsung brand because of their customer service. they have wrosth customer services ever. If I can return this tv and get my money back I woul do it because Samsung wants to screw the customers
Summary: Problems and problems since the update. This is ridiculous .Firstly did not connect to Smart hub, and now crashes continuously , like 100 times within the day as soon as the warranty expired. Samsung says that its best that i protect my investment with a 450$ extension a year….ughhh boy! This getting from bad to worse. Ask around before you buy something like this. I did not pay 2200$ for a 1 year tv.
BEWARE...The tv keeps turning off and on intermittently within 6 months of purchase.

Summary: I WAS a big fan of samsung, but now starting to seriously doubt the quality of their products. This is the second samsung TV that I own is having the trouble of powering off and on... This TV has been bought 6 months back, connected to power via a surge protector, and not very frequently used. Noticing since last week that the tv powers off and on on its own. I had a UN55B8500 before this TV, which was the top of the line at that time.
