Beware of Samsung's after sales service quality - they just don't seem to care

Summary: I purchased a Samsung 32inch LED television from a local dealer on 12-Nov-12. But exactly seven days later, on 19-Nov-12 the product failed. There was no video appearing, however audio was working fine. I contacted Samsung service center immediately on 19-Nov-12. They took the complaint and gave me a complaint ID. I followed it up with them until 22-Nov-12, continuously for four days after product failure.
