Awesome until it died the next day

Summary: I've had amazing luck with my electronics purchases from NEWEGG. Only had to RMA one other item in 5+ years. I guess I was due for a lemon. I typically like Samsung products. Hopefully this was just a one-off problem.
Pros: Super-fast shipping from TN to NC (2 days with Eggsaver). Easy set up. Netflix and HBOgo worked first time no prob. Mounted easily. Picture quality quite good (from the limited time it worked).
Cons: Set it up and mounted it on Saturday night. Everything was working great. Sunday morning it wouldn't turn on. Standby power light wasn't even lit. It was completely dead. RMA back to NEWEGG.
Summary: I am only posting this comment to relate my experience with this television, which is quite disappointing after all of the glowing reviews I have read. I never write an "out of the box" review so keep in mind that the issues I have experienced did start to occur after the TV was in use for just over...
Excerpt: This product doesn't support Adobe Flash software. So even it is "SmartTV", you can't watch any videos which are on website. Then what is worth so called SMART TV: : -(I think I made mistake to buy this one.
Excerpt: This TV is in the bedroom and is used most nights from about 10: 30 pm until midnight. The chrome stand looked gaudy so I replaced it with a universal stand. The picture brightness and quality have been a disappointment. The smart features were intuitive and easy to navigate.
Pros: All the connections options I could ever need, Easy To Set Up, Energy Efficient, LED-backlit
Summary: I ordered the first TV which arrived with a cracked frame and a shattered screen. Immediately initiated it's return and another one sent. All went smoothly and the Amazon service was great. The second TV arrived yesterday. No damage as far as the eye could see.
Summary: Purchased this to replace an older "dumb" TV that had failed. I already have a good AV setup with a multimedia Yamaha receiver, speakers, and a diversity of sources (e.g., AppleTV) so didn't need the "smart" features, which are just another player on the field in the scrum fighting to serve me up...
Summary: I bought this TV to replace an old flat screen SONY (which we loved) but we wanted to add Netflix capability without swapping out our DVD. The Samsung has plenty of flexibility and the Smart TV function. However, TV would go dark trying to get Netflix up and running. Other apps worked perfectly.
Summary: Item was shipped in poor condition box with holes no new box just the one it had all Twarn and mangled and was told TV was in good condition with all major components, but to my surprise it had a huge dent on the back was missing a power cord.
Summary: I have owned this TV for about a month now. The TV is great! The Smart HUB is awful! The web browser is poor beyond description. Links within a site won't load, the entire Smart Hub decided to crash one day and then came back 2 days later!
