Poor TV manufacturing. Screen did not work on a New TV

Summary: Samsung Customer service wanted to repair a brand new delivered TV that the screen did not Turn on. Unacceptable. I returned it for a refund and will not purchase a Samsung again. 45 minutes on customer support call. TV did not work after trying everything they asked me to do.

Summary: I got this tv three weeks ago, everything was fine until I updated to the new firmware ver.1109.3. After this I decided to edit the channel list to hide all the no HD channels. That was it! TV started cycling on and off.

Summary: I bought this strictly for the ability to use Netflix. Only one problem....Samsung's Netflix app DOES NOT WORK! I spent $700 on a tv with LIMITED FEATURES. Granted the picture looks great and the functionality (minus the smart hub) is stunning. But this TV simply isn't as advertised.

Summary: We were also victims to the power cycling issue that was caused by a glitch activated when you delete channels from the guide.... Sadly, we were on our second delivery of this television when we discovered this is what caused the power cycling.
Summary: Well, the picture is beautiful. The design: thin and sleek. Black is black. BUT the wireless connection failed to launch. Samsung was unable to help. I spent at least three hours on the phone and online over two weeks. I got nowhere. I'm not a geek, but I am technologically literate.
Summary: Witam, Niestety telewizor rozczarowuje; funkcja SMART TV pracuje bardzo wolno, często się zawiesza, wyłącza aplikacje, informuje o błędach, a następnie przy zmiennym IP TV informuje, że usługa działa tylko na terenie UE i nie ma do niej dostępu.
Summary: Dobry do odbioru naziemnej telewizji cyfrowej. Smart HUb działa beznadziejnie.Chciałem powiedzieć że raczej nie działa od dwóch tygodni przed skorzystaniem trzeba pobierać od nowa aplikacje które same znikają.
