Summary: Nice TV with great picture. I did notice a slight buzz that everyone was talking about. The apps can be slow at times. The streaming is definitely slower than my xbox so we stream with xbox for hulu and netflix. Other than that it is a great TV.
Summary: This is for all the other reviewers out there having a problem with the buzzing sound. As noted, a slight buzz is part of the plasma technology. When the TV volume is down or off, you can hear a slight hum. It's really minor, and once your volume is over 10-15, you can't hear it at all.
Summary: I've read the multiple negative reviews and complaints about some buzzing/humming noise from the tv, but so far I haven't experienced this. Not sure why but I'm happy and satisfied with it. It does however have a slight delay in it sometimes and I have to power it off and on again.

Summary: The Smart Remote jumps around when using the trackpad. Numerous times the top menu pulls down for no reason. I still need three remotes, which is crazy, because the Smart Remote doesn't easily open the channel menu and the tv remote doesn't operate the cable channels and the cable remote doesn't...
Summary: Received the tv approximately one week ago. The fit, finish and quality of the PN60E8000 is excellent. The functionality of the basic features is superb but there are plenty of opportunities for improvement.
Summary: My dad has the same model but from two years ago, and this is such a great tv. I see now why Apple uses Samsung for their retina displays - it's a just a great picture. The 3D is the best I've ever seen. The app store is turning into more fun that I thought it would be (I thought it'd be gimmicky).
