DOA - With No Exchange in Sight from Amazon!

Summary: Purchased during Freaky (aka Black) Friday - sale price. Unit arrived and was delivered by CEVA inside home (Amazon White Glove Service) - driver opened box and did cursory exam of screen (did not remove from box) then left. Removed from box and hung on wall next day, turned on and...no picture and loud audio buzzing. Called Samsung Customer Care Center - representative had me inspect screen carefully for cracks.
I hate this TV almost as much as I hate SAMSUNG Support

Summary: I bought this tv about 2 months ago, and mounted it, it looked great mounted and the picture was nice. But after a while i noticed this incessant buzzing. I tried unplugging everything except the TV, still buzzing. Samsung sent one of their repairs guys to check it out, he said he couldn't do anything, some samsungs buzz. I called samsung, they wont budge, they offered to send another repair guy. I dont even turn this thing on anymore, its a 60" eye sore.
