Summary: I ordered this 59" plasma just in time for Thanksgiving football! The TV turns on and that's it. There is absolutely no pic! You can't even see the menu. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and no pic. I tried Samsung chat and they conclude the TV needs to be serviced. I'm not servicing a new TV! RUKM. Take it back!

Summary: I purchased this item on July 5th through Amazon. Today is October 1st. Today, the tv is not working. It will not turn on! This is stressful. I am disappointed--I thought samsungs were really good. I was wrong. I cannot return the tv. Had I bought it through somewhere else, perhaps I could have. I will not buy from Amazon again. It's better to buy from a local store, even if it costs more, because you need to account for something going wrong.
