  • Summary: We had the tv shipped to the store for pickup, it was cracked. Two weeks of having to wait for it to be shipped and it's cracked...not happy with Walmart's shipping company.

  • Summary: We purchased this TV exactly 2 years ago. We went through 2 TV's since the day of purchase. All with the same problem. The picture tuner was always the first to go. Right after repair the the electronic components for the TV to run went. The same problem on a total of 3 TV's so far. Walmart honored their warranty and replace the TV twice and now this 3rd time we went with a VIZIO. MUCH MUCH happier with the LED VIZIO TV.

  • Summary: DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. I SPENT >$3000 USD ON MY SAMSUNG PLASMA. IT HAS BROKEN TWICE IN OVER 3 YEARS. THE REPAIR COSTS RANGE FROM $800 TO $1500 EACH TIME. THEIR OWN AUTHORIZED REPAIR AGENTS TOLD ME TO BUY A NEW TV INSTEAD OF REPAIRING IT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE. THEY ALSO SAID THAT SAMSUNG TVS ARE NOT LASTING AS LONG AS OLDER TVS. SHE SAID IT USED TO BE FOUR YEARS, BUT IT'S NOW DOWN TO TWO YEARS. TWO YEARS FOR A HIGH END PRODUCT.

  • Summary: I purchased the 43 inch version of this TV on Wal-Mart.com and picked up site to store. When I used it at home the high pitched humming noise it makes drove me nuts. The TV was used in the bedroom and the noise was funneled into my ears when I laid my head on the pillow. The noise came from the back and front of the TV, most TVs will hum quietly and only from the rear. If you have ears that are sensitive to these types of high frequency noises, do not buy this TV.

  • Summary: Dont waste money on this tv mite be cheap but 2 years later it goes out. There will be lines vertically and horizontally on your screen and cost way more to fix it. Hope whoever has bought this got at least a 3 year warranty because youll be lucky if it last that long. Samsung plasmas are cheap and just plain junk.

  • Summary: Very disappointed with the inability to add DTV channels without erasing previously memorized channels when turning the antenna to a different direction. Rescanning must be performed EVERY time. Spent hours trying to figure this out, assuming that it must be like every other DTV we've owned. I finally found the bad news on Samsung's support site; "For Example: There are many stations that are received from the north direction.

  • Summary: Dealstop delivered the product late. When i wanted to return it, they claimed the product was broken but failed to prove it was not broken in the first place. UPS claimed the package was not correctly set. We never open the package or even removed it. Very frustrated with this buying experience. I can t use the product. I can t get a refund.
