Summary: We actually love the TV...we got this to replace out previous plasma that developed lines in the screen after four year. Definitely a learning curve with the remote and all of the features though!
Low quality, avoid buying Samsung, cheap parts don't last.

Summary: Bought this two years ago, it has died already. Not what I would have expected from what I thought was a company that made quality products. Searched the internet, bad capacitors, bad transistors, there are forums full of issues with Samsung TVs. Low quality product, will not buy Samsung again.
Summary: I owned the TV since 2011. Within a few months a thin horizontal black line appeared close to the bottom of the screen. As I was getting ready to contact Samsung the line disappeared on its own. The same line appeared again a few months later and disappeared within a week.
Pros: I bought this tv at what I thought was a deal but 1 year and 2 months after purchse it popped and it was too expensive to get it fixed. I do not recommend it. It did look beautiful while it worked. I will not buy samsung again no matter what the deal.
Summary: Have owned Plasmas and LCD tvs. People are always concerned about plasma and their burn in or image retention. I can say this TV not only offers an amazing value for 3d, smart tv, great picture but I have not experianced any burn in and no imiage retention.
Summary: My samsung plasma tv was great for the first year until it completely lost its picture. It started as one corner being black then it spread across the entire screen. I purchased the best buy extended warranty and am still waiting for someone to actually come to my house and look at it.
Summary: Some people have had issues with the brightness like someone else said, but just screw around with different picture settings till you find the sweet spot. 5 stars for the great price and quality.
Pros: This tv is everything I expected, great picture, great color depth, my ps3 turns on the tv which is great that they're compatible. I got it when it was on sale which is the best time to get it, it was the best plasma for the price.
Cons: I did notice the brightness fluctuation, but after fine tuning some of the color settings and messing around with different modes, I don't see it anymore.
Summary: I was going to order a 65" Panasonic Plasma, but at $2,000 more, I couldn't see why such a price difference. This TV looks great and at $1,600 you cant beat the price. Picture is good from all viewing angles.
