Summary: I bought this TV new for around $1500 and boy what a mistake. It had a pixely picture on HD tv and some blotchy images that randomly appeared. I contacted Samsung under warranty to check the TV out. They insisted on using their contracted shop that was 125 miles from my home. They showed up in a moving van, and after checking the tv at my home they informed me that it needed to go to the shop for advanced trouble shooting. They also verified there was no burn in.
Summary: Person delivered and unpacked. Nothing other than TV in box. He said it happens all the time and that Amazon would overnight me the missing stuff. I called Amazon and they said to refuse delivery. Samsung missed the boat here.
Summary: I ordered this tv about a week ago. I received the PN50b550 which upon opening the box me and the CEVA delivery guys noticed about 6 different parts of the screen were broken. I refused the delivery on that Friday. I received my replacement today on Monday (which was nice because it was fast) But guess what happened when we opened the box this time?? Screen was broke in about 4 different parts. Refused the delivery. I havent had the chance to turn on this tv.
