Summary: I have been a huge samsung fan for years. Always treated fair. Called about a well known capacitor problem and went through three levels of customer service. Told class action suit timeline expired. I could pay labor and they would pay parts. Labor in the hundreds parts about $30.00.
Summary: My title says it all. I have not contacted Samsung YET but from what I've read, I don't expect them to resolve the issue. Basically, my son went to his dads for the weekend and left it on in the playroom.
Summary: Bought this for the kitchen. The screen glare from the windows and lights made the set unwatchable. I have other plasma tv's that do not have this problem. Bought from ABT through Amazon. They wanted $120 for return shipping which is 25% of the set cost.
Summary: La calidad de imagen así como el diseño y las especificaciones del producto son bastante buenas, pero todo eso no sirve de nada si, como es el caso, la calidad de sonido es tan mala que es imposible utilizarlo con normalidad.
