Summary: The capacitor on Plasma PN51F8500AFXZA blew out one month (Feb 2015) after the 1 yr Samsung warranty expired. They covered it anyway ($400-700). I don't think they will cover it next time. Do you know if a 3rd-party Extended Warranty is purchasable?
Summary: Currently the best TV I've ever purchased for media consumption such as watching movies, shows, and etc. Gaming-wise, it's awesome for single-player campaign types and using "motion judder canceller" for games that run at 30fps makes it much more enjoyable.
This is the BEST Tv in the history of Television. Simply amazing.

Summary: Best TV ever in the history of Televisions. Lol Except when compared to the 9300LG OLED tv It does have a slight buzz that can make man go crazy ( it almost made me crazy the first few days. But it grew on me. I do not even notice it anymore) I HIGHLY recommend this TV guys.
Summary: Multiple reviews have rated this as the best plasma TV ever. I love it. The colors pop. The images look 3-dimensional. Samsung is the current leader in the large flat sceen TV market. This is a 2013 model, so it could be hard to find.
Still the best picture for the money, so get it while you can

Summary: I've had this for a few months and it's by far the best display I've owned. Strengths: Excellent details and picture quality. No discernible artifacts or blurriness. Very clear picture. Good price, at least when I bought mine, for what you get. Unfortunately, plasma is on it's way out.
Without a doubt THE BEST picture quality I have ever experienced

Summary: Without a doubt THE BEST picture quality I have ever experienced. I gave my 51" to my mom because I wanted a larger one before they are all gone, which they probably are by now. Too bad plasmas have to go.
Summary: Best TV hands down. Such a huge leap from my 52" Samsung LCD from '08. I was holding out for the last two years on a plasma set. It was fate that this TV came into my life right at the time I needed it most. For $1000(what I paid) or even double that, this TV is amazing.
Summary: I have enjoyed this TV so far. Had it about a month or so, and I have not experienced any of the buzzing issues some have reported. It does take some playing around with to get the picture right and it is not as bright as LED's.
