Here is the short version...the shipping was free, the TV arrived in a week's time, the shipper called me in advance to set up an appointment and was right on time, he helped me unpack the TV and inspect it prior to my taking delivery of it, and then he even helped me carry it in to it's designated spot! I have to say, I was a little hesitant buying a TV from Samsung. I used to work in retail electronics, and they weren't known for high quality products.
