Summary: The picture is pretty, but the "Smart Hub" software and customer support are awful. We've had this TV for a year. The interface has gotten worse with introduction of firmware updates. It is now slower and even more crash prone.
Summary: IF SAMSUNG'S INTERNAL SERVERS GO DOWN YOUR SO CALLED "SMART" TV CAN NOT ACCESS ONLINE CONTENT. Recently samsung's servers went down and I could not access amazon, vudu, netflix or any other source of online content.
Display needs replacing after less than 3 years of light use

Summary: My high end Samsung 52" 3D TV has developed a horizontal black line across the entire upper portion of the screen. The TV was made May 2010. Samsung reports they need $1000 to repair this problem since the display must be replaced. A web search indicates this problem is not rare.
Summary: Let me start by saying I was a Samsung Guy I still have a DLP from them. I had just bought the TV few weeks ago. Suddenly, the first one it didn't work, Amazon was great to replace that one without any problem and no shipping charges.
Summary: Length:: 2:17 Mins EDITED UPDATE 07/22/2012: CHANGED FROM 4 STARS TO 1 STAR. CRAPPIEST TV ON EARTH!!! So the TV was working fine for 3 months. 2 weeks ago there was a firmware update available under the settings menu. Ran the firmware update and was working fine for a few days.
