Summary: The picture is pretty, but the "Smart Hub" software and customer support are awful. We've had this TV for a year. The interface has gotten worse with introduction of firmware updates. It is now slower and even more crash prone.
Summary: When I ordered a TV off of Amazon Warehouse, they messed my order up. Instead of shipping me the 55" LG Cinema-3D edge-lit LED tv that I'd pair for, they shipped me a lower-model 51" Samsung Plasma with no 3D but full 1080p.
Summary: I have the 64 inch version and it is the perfect hub for our family media room. Picture is just stunning compared with the LCD TV it replaced. My son's XBox graphics with motion are simply amazing.
Summary: I read so much stuff about this TV. A lot good and a lot bad. Amazon'a scratch n dent selection was very tempting because of the price. I've read delivery nightmares, sound quality reviews, picture quality reviews etc, etc. I eventually just said "go for it and find out".
Summary: I love the TV, the 2D to 3D converts works terrific, I really wanted a 3D TV, for see movies with my kidm and it is great, really and amazing TV, when you play in it a Blu ray disc is amazing. The only bad thing about this, is the sound. But by now I'm buying a home theater
Summary: IF SAMSUNG'S INTERNAL SERVERS GO DOWN YOUR SO CALLED "SMART" TV CAN NOT ACCESS ONLINE CONTENT. Recently samsung's servers went down and I could not access amazon, vudu, netflix or any other source of online content.
Summary: TV powers itself off. Audio freezes and repeats like a skipping record. Apps constantly crash. Samsung support not helpful at all. Loved our first Samsung television so decided to buy another. Was professionally installed. Began having problems before we had it a week.
