Summary: I've had the unit for two years this month and have been generally satisfied with all aspects. I bought it based on the mostly positive reviews here regarding performance and customer service. However, about two months ago a vertical line appeared on the left side of the screen.
Summary: Received this item in May 2013 and was good until June 2014 when it began arbitrarily turning off then back on several times while watching anything (live tv, Netflix, taped shows). Sometimes it won't come back on unless unplugged and re-started.
Summary: There was not consistency between images on different chanels in both picture detail and color quality. I've tried different calibration settings and have not been able to find a setting that consistenly delivers the picture quality you would expect from a tv in this price range.
Summary: The picture on this TV was fantastic. I have nothing but great things to say about the color and picture quality. But if you ever watch TV with the volume realitively low, the buzzing noise this TV makes will drive you insane.
Summary: I'm not sure if my particular TV was defective or worse than other TVs of the same model, but there was a blatant buzzing noise that forced me to return it within 30 mins. The buzzing noise sounds something like a fluorescent light fixture with a bad ballast.
Summary: This TV has amazing picture quality, deep blacks and is bright enough to watch during the day without having to block out the windows. However, during any bright scenes it emits an electronic buzz. This buzzing becomes incredibly loud while watching 3D content, audible even over fairly loud volumes.
