Summary: Thirteen months after purchasing this television black lines started to appear. Samsung will not do anything because of 12 month warranty expired. They are totally indifferent. There is a significant online following detailing this manufacturing defect. I WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.
Summary: After only 2 yrs we have a line going down our tv, and Samsung will do nothing about it because it's out of warranty. I was on the phone for an hour getting pushed around, finally got someone in executive level that LAUGHED at me. I've researched the issue we are having and have read that there is nothing that can be done to fix the issue. I have never ever had such terrible customer service or had such a pathetic piece of junk that we paid so much money for.
