Summary: I LOVE SAMSUNG products (actually bought this in 2007) and have replaced practically all of my expensive electronics with the SAMSUNG brand. Nearly 8years ago my no-name-brand 40 inch television from Fry's conked out..
Summary: Stunning picture. Substandard components. Horrendous customer service. I purchased this television November 22, 2008. It was delivered and put into service about a week later. The picture is stunning! I enjoyed the TV problem-free for approximately 2-2 ½ years.
Summary: BOUGHT ONE OF THES BACK IN 2008 . @ BESTBUY ! I RESEARCHED FOR ABOUT A YR. & THIS MODEL OF SAMMY CAME IN THE TOP 3 CONSISTANLY ?! DEPENDING ON WHICH MAGAZINE YA READ !! SO I WENT & LOOKED @ ONE . & WAS IMPRESSED ??!! . SHE WAS EVEN ON SALE "" ** EVRY ONE THATS SEEN IT ?
Summary: Great TV until it died on me. Standard Power Supply issues everyone else had.....they are trying to give me the run around. Well if I cannot get them to provide the repair for free, I'm gonna get a class action started.
Summary: This was our first foray into the HDTV market and it was a poor choice. We did our research online and "haunted" the tv stores looking for the best HDTV in our price range (around $1,000) with good quality, sound, and picture. We were able to get this on sale on Black Friday in 2008 for around $900.
Summary: I had bought this TV in Oct 2008. It worked fine until last week. It was taking a long to turn on and finally it didn't turn on at all. I couldn't believe that I was having this problem with a SAMSUNG TV after paying $1000.
Summary: There are a ton of complaints about power issues and a handful of other things. It seems that most last for only 12 to 24 months. I have had mine for three years and it just started to have problems. It really irks me because I don't watch a lot of TV.
Summary: This tv was good for about 1 1/2 years.Afer the red light started to blink each turn on for about 20 times and the picture wanted to come on but shut off Started this sequence over and over..Now it would cost as much as a new lcd tv if I got it fixed.
Summary: This TV is great, and worked very well for about 24 months. Then it began having trouble turning on. The led light in the front would just turn on and off. You could hear a bit of noise as the TV tried to turn itself on. Eventually it would turn on... after about 4 minutes of this nonsense.
