    I would have loved to had the oportunity to rate this item but the 37" Samsung TV arrived with the screen severely damaged from shipping. I refused delivery and called Amazon to report the problem and Amazon started case file to document the report and track the returned item. I was told that it would take about four weeks for the item to be retuned and a refund issued. After three weeks, I called Amazon who called the shipping company. Read more

    After shopping around, Samsung was suppose to be one of the best LCD TVs out there. I found this one and thought it was a steal, so I bought it expecting the TV to be great. However, when my family and I received the TV, come to find out that the TV's resolution is super blurry. Watching football games or even movies, the people are a blur. Maybe it's because we haven't updated our digital cable box to a HD one, but I don't think that matters. Read more
