Summary: Everything was fine with this unit which I purchased in Jan 2010, until about Jan 2012 when the screen started having issues turning on. It took two clicks of the remote and then it would come on. But sometimes it wouldn't and I had to unplug, wait, replug in and then it MIGHT work.
Summary: I purchased the Samsung LN22B460B2D in May of 2009. It worked very well until last week (Dec 2010)when the screen went black when I turned it on. After checking everything I called Samsung customer service who said it needed new firmware (why??) to resolve the issue.
Summary: Purchased this TV through Amazon August 2009. Picture quality and features are nice. Volume is inadequate at times even when cranked to the max. The big issue: It's been sent back for warranty repairs twice. The TV shuts off without any warning and won't restart.
Just the right amount of TV for those who hardly watch

Summary: It was with reluctance that I moved into the 21st Century of TVs. Managed to do so just before June 12th. Now that we have this set we actually watch it more often than the old (13") one. We use a roof-top antenna and finally can watch the local PBS station.
Summary: I was a bit concerned when ordering this TV because of the comments regarding poor sound quality. I have not found that to be the case. The sound I am getting on this set is more than acceptable. Of course, if you're looking for theater-quality surround sound, you need better speakers.
Summary: FABULOUS TV. This my my 3rd Samsung HDTV. We needed a smaller one for the den and this is perfect. As always, Samsung's pictures are clear and vivid. We have 2 other Samsungs - one 32 in. and one 45 in. Will ALWAYS buy Samsung. Their refrigerators are great too.
