Summary: I replaced my old 35" Sanyo CRT with this 46" Samsung Flat screen. Couldn't have made a better purchase. Picture quality is nothing short of spectacular. The sound quality is better than I've expected. I was planning on supplementing with Sony floor speakers.... but now undecided.
Summary: I have had several different HDTV's over the last few years. LG, Vizio, and now a samsung. I went to walmart to look at this TV in person and it outshined all of the other lcd's they had displayed there. This tv picture matches up with current led's when you are comparing contrast, and black levels.
Summary: Bought this TV locally one week ago when my Toshiba 72" back-projection HD went out. Been running it 14 hours per day to make sure it lasts either the 30 or 90 day (whichever)return policy. No problems and the picture is great!
Summary: Just an update... November 2013 I've had the TV for three years now. Absolutely reliable, picture is still beautiful. I do wish it had a higher refresh rate and Auto Motion or whatever Samsung calls it, but I've found a work around with my computer, which is connected to the TV anyway.
Summary: For $784 you can't do any better then this TV. Free shipping, no interest financing and no tax. Picture wise; in comparison to my previous Samsung TV (Plasma) for which I paid $1,200 3 years ago it's slightly better.
Summary: Ordered this on July 1st and had it in my hands yesterday (July 11th) so very quick shipping for a freight company! We plugged in in and watched a movie right away and its amazing! Works great and the standard settings it seemed to be shipped with work perfect, no problems what so ever.
Summary: This is a very nicely built television. Plenty of hookups, which were easy to reach. The Anyconnect (which allows one device to control another like Sony's Bravia, but for Samsung) works well. It's nothing super, but it works.
