Very Good Product Thus Far

Amanda Bazan, Amazon
1 February 2011
  • Summary: Well, I've had the TV for about a month now and I have been very pleased. I did a good deal of research before making this purchase. It was between this TV and the comprable Sony model. With the Sony, I felt like I'd be paying a little bit more for the name.

Great picture and tons of features!

J. Polzin, Amazon
8 December 2010
  • Summary: I've been watching the prices and researching HDTVs for a couple of years, waiting for prices to come down on the higher quality units. When Amazon had this TV for $650.00 with free delivery, I finally jumped. I have had my eye on Samsung TVs for quite awhile.

Excellent TV, can do without Auto Motion Plus

KR "Tall Guy", Amazon
2 December 2010
  • Summary: I agonized over whether to buy a 40" TV with 120hz or a larger TV at 60hz. I wound up going with the 40" 120hz from Samsung with the hope that the higher refresh rate would make the picture unbeatable.

Great TV

RoyBoy, Amazon
22 October 2010
  • Summary: I chose this TV mainly because of my prior positive experience with a Samsung LN52A750, which I purchased 21 months ago from Amazon and am still very happy with. I purchased this LN40C630 for my bedroom and it fits in just right size-wise.

kk "KK", Amazon
2 October 2010
  • Summary: Very good quality TV for the price. Video quality is amazing. Sound quality is acceptable. The major drawback with the remote. I have hard time pressing the buttons on this remote.. Not very convenient. TV doesn't have the internet capability.

1 initial concern, though!

Seban Jose, Amazon
30 June 2010
  • Summary: This is my first HDTV and I totally love it. Not that I have a trizillion others to compare to and be a professional rater but I haven't come across any bad points on this TV as yet. Works just good with awesome picture quality so far. Touch Wood! (I got my renters insurance kicked in as well).

Exceeds expectations

K. Picone "Go Pen's", Amazon
29 May 2010
  • Summary: I am very satisfied with this TV thus far. We replaced a 42 inch Vizio which failed after almost exactly 2 years. Needless to say, I was simmering mad. $1400. down the toilet. But I digress.

Great TV, when signal is HD!

Petru L. Cretu, Amazon
20 May 2010
  • Summary: I purchased this LCD due to the fact that it had great reviews. It is really a great LCD, with good picture and sound, BUT it performs the best when it has HD (High Definition) programming. Otherwise, the picture is kind of bad and it has a greenish tint all over.

Well Worth It

D. Harris, Amazon
4 April 2010
  • Summary: First of all, this TV is beautiful, even before turning it on, you can see this is a great design with a clean, contemporary style that compares to what the ipod did for the mp3 player. The stand is also great, with a nice swivel and sleek look.

Not a bad tv but I wonder if anyone has the same problem as us?

Alexlouise111, Dooyoo
15 September 2011
  • Excerpt: We bought this tv not too long ago, mainly because my other half wanted a big tv that he could plug his xbox, pc and ps3 in to. We bought it from currys for £499 earlier on this year.
