Summary: TV was shipped DOA. Immediately called Samsung support upon unboxing. After about 45 minutes of convincing them it wasn't user error; they agreed to dispatch a repair company. 2 parts and 3 weeks later I now have the set back. The picture is crisp and dynamic as usual with Samsung TVs. The widgets and internet apps are neat; albeit somewhat clunky to navigate and customize with the remote. Need a NetFlix widget Samsung! All in all glad I bought it.
