Can't rate; item arrived severely damaged

Summary: I would have loved to had the oportunity to rate this item but the 37" Samsung TV arrived with the screen severely damaged from shipping. I refused delivery and called Amazon to report the problem and Amazon started case file to document the report and track the returned item. I was told that it would take about four weeks for the item to be retuned and a refund issued. After three weeks, I called Amazon who called the shipping company.
