Summary: This TV is excellent. Since getting this TV I have used many newer, bigger, supposedly better, full featured TVs, but none even come close to this one. I haven't had great experiences with Samsung's phones, computers, or MP3 players, but they make the best TV by far. The picture is as good of quality as my eyes can see with deep dark blacks, bright whites, and vibrant colors.
Summary: We purchased this Samsung TV with Confidence that it would last more than two years at the least. at 14 months old it made a loud pop sound and then the screen was black but audio still worked. Samsung did give a one time fix?, when it came back from the repair shop it does not work right. this TV is used about 5 hours a week. we will try again with Samsung to see if they will fix it since it did not come back from the repair shop working right.
Summary: Works great, purchased new over a year ago, still kicking strong. Has lived through been dropped twice, toddler fingers, and toddler slapping and still in perfect condition. I am currently using this as my computer monitor, great resolution and sound quality for playing MMOs.

Summary: I received this television as a gift for Christmas 2011. I was eager to see the set in action because this was my household's first HDTV, heck, the first panel that was flat and didn't weigh 40 + pounds. I researched this set, along with dozens of others, before narrowing down my wish list to 3 sets from different manufacturers. Each set was highly rated on Amazon and Consumer Reports, so the last thing I expected was a problem.
