  • Summary: Just not the value we were hoping for as a family.
  • Pros: Nice picture, setup was easy, easy to get use to from older TV's.
  • Cons: 1 year and 2 months, Lamp goes out. Everyone wants us to buy the full lamp case. $250 for the lamp case. Just the lamp, $109 is the cheapest that I can find online. Doesn't make sense to pay $1100 for a TV that will cost over a hundred dollars a year to watch.

RCA is a JOKE!!!!, hdtvreview.com

  • Summary: BUYER BEWARE: Save up your money, or try and find another deal other than RCA. I had to wait longer to get another defective part than I had my television. So finally, the place I bought it from took it back, and is now going after RCA themselves. Check out Better Business Bureau before you buy, it's scary they are even in business.
  • Pros: Picture is pretty good (for the little time it worked which was 3 months.
  • Cons: Customer Service SUCKS. You call, get a case #, then have to wait up to 5 business days for someone to call you back to help you warranty your television. Then, nobody speaks good English, and any question you ask is answered as vague as possible.
