Summary: Bought it from Costco in March of 2012. Not even a year later it won't turn on-- it just keeps restarting itself over and over. The splash screen comes up and as soon as that would normally go away, it turns off then back on, and repeats. I've left it running for hours and it keeps doing this cycle. I contacted Costco and we did some basic troubleshooting. I also did some on my own (checked A/C voltage, etc).
Summary: Bought this television in the middle of November 2012, on January 13th the television would not turn on.I took it back to SAM's with the receipt. They told me I needed the original paperwork and the receipt or they couldn't take it back. I asked to speak to a manager and he happily let me exchange the television.
Summary: Picked this TV up and returned it the same day. I was really excited over the media connect option but didnt even get that far before putting it back in the box. There is no keyboard on the remote and a delay in key input so entering my Pandora Email address took about 5 minutes. I'm sure searching for movies on Netflix and music on Pandora would drive me crazy. Everything else is probably fine with the TV but what point is an internet TV if the internet is horrible?
