Summary: I was very happy with this TV...at first. Less than a month after purchase, the picture is completely, horrendously distorted. The colors bleed and it is unwatchable. It's under warranty, of course. I contacted Philips support, who directed me to a local repair company. Hopefully they will be able to solve the issue. But even if they do, this has been a miserable, completely disappointing consumer experience.
Summary: I love my Philips tv. I now have 2 of them and I would or will purchase another when I need to. It is the only tv that will automatically adjust to size without pushing a lot of buttons. And it's American made !
Summary: This TV is absolute crap. It has broken twice within 8 months of purchasing it brand new. Yes, it is under warranty; however, they will not replace it. Instead, they just keep sending out a repair company that they have contracted to try different things to fix it. Thus, we have not had a TV in our bedroom for 2 weeks *(again, second time it has broken). Phillips makes a poor quality product and has terrible customer service.
