Summary: I have always had good luck with Philips products including televisions except for this model. It worked great for 18 months then went out. No more picture or sound. Only a blue light. Replaced it with a Samsung. No more Philips TV's for me.
Summary: I went out and got this cause I heard it was a decent tv but after I got it I was dissapointed in the display it looked ugly compared to the 32 inch vizio hdtv I had outside it looks nice but the display is inaceptable I coundent even enjoy watching hd cable bluray my ps3 or xbox 360 hd gaming and movies so I took it back and got a 42 inch vizio led 120 hyz hdtv for the same price and I could twll the difference save your money and get a vizio thwy r well made last long...
Summary: I bought this tv because I had another Philips in the house and like it!! This tv worked fine for the first 6 months or so then the analog channels went south. Every other tv in the house works fine with no problems. An 8 year old SONY 48" and a 10 year old 46" SHARP. I had the cable co. come out to check my signal and they said there end was fine.
Summary: We ordered this TV on Dec 2nd 2012 and it broke 4 months ago. We have been calling for the Manufacturer’s Warranty since then and there has still been no answer. They asked us for the original receipt. We sent it to them, and still, after many long phone calls, they have not done anything about it. I would suggest, for anyone buying a Philips product, to be very careful, as they do not stand by their products.
