Great TV with additional nice features!

Luciano Salerno, Amazon
27 March 2014
  • Summary: Great TV! It has additional nice features, including online connection through your router to access YouTube, Facebook, Netflix, Hulu and others. It prompts on the screen whenever there are software updates that you can accept by pressing "Enter" on the remote or postpone for later. Easy and friendly setup.

Won't work outside USA or Canada

Marcela, Amazon
2 June 2013
  • Summary: Net services embedded, including Netflix won't work outside USA or Canada. This was a major disappointment for me because I bought this TV to use Netflix at home, in Brazil. Media Connect won't play .avi or mp4 files either. The image quality is good though, but if I could, I would return it.

Terrible TV, Terrible Support

sassypants, Amazon
2 February 2013
  • Summary: After setting up the TV and updating the software, I immediately tried to access Netflix. After 2 hours of waiting for it to load, I contacted customer support. The support tech I was talking to offered several generic and unhelpful tips, one of which was that I put my TV within 20 feet of the wireless router (which is both ridiculous and impossible in my situation), before hanging up on me.

Great TV

ked1987, Amazon
2 February 2013
  • Summary: Bought this TV at Walmart and definitely wasn't disappointed. Pros: - Very thin - Images are crisp - Wifi straight out the box - Price isn't too bad at all for the features - MediaConnect eliminates the need for cords Cons: - Remote needs a keyboard (like the Vizio tvs) - App library is small - Apps move too slowly - MediaConnect has a slight delay but nothing to cry about Overall, it's a pretty great tv but the software prevents it from getting 5 stars.

Very nice TV for the price

NJ Gadgets "Gadgets", Amazon
1 February 2013
  • Summary: Bought this TV on sale at Costco to replace an old TV. Sharp picture and decent sound. Very thin and light and consumes very little power. Setup was fairly straight forward. I had a lot more trouble getting a Verizon Fios HD box to work (but that is another story). Smart TV features are nice but I don't know if I will use them much.

Slow User Interface and Remote will Break Your Thumb

R. Gupta "rg", Amazon
1 February 2013
  • Summary: I bought this TV thinking I am buying quality, but there are two major issues with this TV which a $79 Roku does better: 1. The user interface when navigating through NetTV options or Netfilx movies or HuluPlus, is very slow. The interface does not respond the way it should 2. The remote control wheel key is very hard to use & needs multiple presses.

Great TV

Critical, Amazon
31 January 2013
  • Summary: I'm afraid to get a different brand of LED tv now because I'm so amazed with how great this one is. Brilliant colors, sound is facing rear of TV so a sound bar is recommended if you're a sound critique.
