Summary: this tv was perfect for my room is a good brand picture quality it's awesome, sounds are perfect and plus the touch buttons are extraordinary. I will 100% recommend this tv top everyone out there trying to find a tv for their room or maybe for kids room.
Summary: I bought a Samsung that competes with this Philips model but returned it because the sound was too tinny. Although the Samsung's picture was a little better than this Philip's, the Philips has an extra HDMI port as well as a audio out jack, something strangely missing from the Samsung.
Summary: In all my 57 years this is, by far, the best TV that I've ever owned. The connections, picture, sound, everything is amazing. I have it in my bedroom and it works perfect. Everything about it is great. Except the remote. But that's me. I'm used to a heavier one. I may go with an Onkyo as they are the receiver I'm using. I did worry at 1st dialing in the picture. I just couldn't get it right. But they have automatic settings to pick from...and it's perfect.
Summary: I wanted a second HD TV for the bedroom to replace my old box TV. I am very happy with the 39" Magnavox (same company as Philips) I purchased a year ago, so that was a factor when deciding to purchase this set. It is only 720, but that is all I need for the bedroom. Although I have yet to hook the HD feed up to the TV, the picture is still very clear in standard definition.
Summary: Purchased this TV for the bedroom. I was deciding between this Philips and the LG 32" models and went with the Philips (which costs a little less than LG). The picture quality is great and the sound quality is amazing! It's perfect for a bedroom or small room. It has a headphone jack, USB connector and even a VGA port for PC-out. I just wish it was a SmartTV with wifi.
