Summary: Philips 32PFL3506/F7 32-inch 720p LCD HDTV, Black This was the cheapest of this size TV with a recognised brand name. But it had very good custommer reviews. I desided to buy this based on those reviews using my amazon gift card.
Summary: I paid somewhat less than the current advertised price, and for that it was a bargain. Perfect replacement for the 27" we bought back in 2004 which suddenly stopped working. If I get 9 years of use out of this one I will be happy indeed.
Summary: Set up took 15 minutes. The owner's manual is near worthless so it is a good thing that the menu settings are very intuitive and offer on screen explanations as to what you are setting. I have DVD, antenna, and VCR up and running in less than 1/2 hour, and I am an old geezer.

Summary: Summary for those who don't like to read: 4 stars based on price and performance; doesn't knock your socks off but does a great job for the price. Pretty close in performance to similarly sized 720p Samsung TVs costing $100 more. This is an exceptional TV in terms of price and features.
Good initially, but after two years beware of sound problems.

Summary: For the money, this is an excellent TV. One of the things that sets it apart from other TVs in this price range is the number of connecting ports on the back. If you have old equipment that only has RCA outputs, this TV will work just fine. It also has 3 HDMI ports for newer gear.
Summary: I recently bought this TV at a Sams club near my home for a great price. I was a little apprehensive about the purchase because I had my mind set on a samsung. After comparing the two televisions I had to go with the Phillips. The picture on both the Samsung and the Phillips are great.
Summary: Had searched for a long time, reading reviews and articles on technologies, etc. This low tech t.v. was perfect for a relatively small space. At times I think the sound could be better, but otherwise, perfect def.
