Summary: We purchased this TV a year ago and were impressed with the picture but after only 13 months, the unit started turning itself off every five minutes. The culprit turned out to be a defective power surge control panel, which Panasonic would not replace (even though the manual for the TV instructed users to call Panasonic if this problem arose). I asked myslf, "Why would they cite the problem in their manual if they didn't know they had some defective boards out there?
Panasonic - Please Bring Back the 2011 Quality in your 42" and Smaller TV's
15 July 2012
Summary: This unit rocks. Unfortunately, you can't buy it any longer. I am in the market for a 42" right now and Panasonic has cheapened the lineup under 46/47". You can get a rocking set in the 47" and larger category but I cant fit it in my custom wall cavity. Don't get me wrong, every manufacturer is doing this and I don't know why. There are many rooms and situations that require a smaller TV. The specs on the 2012 sets 42" and smaller are just not good.
Panasonic VIERA TC-L32DT30 32-Inch 1080p 3D LED HDTV
The Grim Reader, Amazon
7 May 2012
Summary: Amazing picture, wide viewing angle, good remote (although I don't use it much-have to use cable remote for HD box). Only complaint is the Internet access - no browser, so can only view Panasonic-approved sites, some of which are pretty useless. 3D is incredible - I didn't need 3D, but my son convinced me to get this TV because of the type of screen it has.
There is a reason 27 out of 36 reviewers is 5 stars
26 April 2012
Summary: I gave it 5 stars, because i cant find a better looking picture, i keep the screen at around 24 inches away from my face and have no eye strain (except when 3d is on ofcourse(wich is very bomb)) If you like sharp crisp, ghost free picture. with loud colors. and LOUD DARKS, but still be bright as hell 1 pixel over?
Summary: I've had the TV for about a week now, and have been using mainly my xbox via HDMI for gaming and Netflix, and the Viera apps via the Wifi adapter. I am using it in a moderately small bedroom. Pros: - Picture Quality (and the preset modes are really nice) - Pretty slim (see cons) - Aesthetically pleasing - 3D works well on the 360 (played Crysis 2 and Halo: CE Anniversary) - Apps are a nice addition (I have been using the NHL Center Ice app) - 240hz refresh in a 32" - LED...
Summary: Recently purchased this TV from Amazon and saved a ton of money. Quick delivery and hassel free. Have owned Panasonics in the past and alway's was pleased with there products. This TV was no exception. Easy to set up with wi-fi and all features played flawlessly. This is a top of the line unit and is therefore a little more expensive then many other sets but it's worth. The 3D works great and is a nice added feature.
Summary: We are very happy with this television. We are also lay people whose experiance includes only watching, but we can tell that it has a terrific picture, adequate sound, reasonable controls, and plays a lot of tricks which we may never use.
Summary: This is a good set and I've been very happy with the purchase. Two surprises for me. First, the viewing angle is not that great. After approximately 45 degrees the clarity of picture becomes somewhat reduced (almost "milky" in appearance). Second, Panasonic does not support connecting a computer via the HDMI ports on this model.
Summary: I received this TV quickly thanks to amazon's efficient service. It was easy to set up, great color after a little adjustment. 2d to 3d not great but better than 2d alone. The remote is easy to use. I really like the quality of this set. Perfect viewing angle for bedroom use.
