  • Summary: Highly recommend this product- and I expect its following generation products. Now 18 yrs old and "grew up" with two boys who LOVED to microwave everything possible. Absolutely now problems or repairs required. Still working like new.

  • Summary: I highly recommend this oven. Easy to use, menu prompts for automated cooking. A few of the prompts require the manual (like choosing the micro-convec oven temperature only displays the number of times the key was pressed rather than the oven temperature that is being selected -- for convection...
  • Pros: easy to use, works well
  • Cons: no temperature probe, sensor cooking doesn't work with roasts (must use weight)

  • Summary: The answering machine no matter how I tried to record the message it was always muffeled. When people would call in it would beep and hesitate 20 seconds and most people would hang up before they ever heard the message.
  • Pros: all the options
  • Cons: answering machine isn't very clear and you have no volume control

  • Summary: I bought this saw as part of a kit, which also included a cordless drill. it 15.6 volts. I built a whole cabin with it in a site that has no power. WE recharged the batteries a friend's house close by. I love this product,it's not too heavy but it's strong.
  • Pros: I wish it had come with good instructions for maintenance of the batteries
  • Cons: I wish it had come with good instructions for maintenance of the batteries

  • Summary: We chose this after buying another brand of fax machine and finding that we could not successfuly have faxes automatically print out unless we were home to answer the phone. The phone company will give you a number to use for your fax machine and you can program the machine for "distinctive ring"...
  • Pros: We only have one phone line and this can be used successfully with one phone line
  • Cons: Customer Service

  • Summary: Being a tinkerer and opening several of these products over the years, there is a tendency to use less grease in moving parts. The belts always go after a while due to the decomposition of rubber in general. However, the newer ones are easier to fix as the components are modularized.
  • Pros: excessive use of plastic and almost always only available in black (which absorbs heat and shortens
  • Cons: excessive use of plastic and almost always only available in black (which absorbs heat and shortens

  • Summary: A good bread machine. It takes a little practice, and I found that I had to add a tsp of sugar to make the French bread taste better, plus I increased the butter to 1.5 TBSP. However, it's great to have freshly baked bread readily available.
  • Pros: could use more advice about how to tinker with the recipes to get perfect bread
  • Cons: could use more advice about how to tinker with the recipes to get perfect bread
