Panasonic - No thank you!

Niko Siord, Amazon
4 April 2014
  • Summary: Bought this TV 18 months ago. After it was unplugged from the mains and plugged back again it refused to switch back on. Spent some time reading lots of complaints about the same problem. Had to order spare parts and luckily that I'm an electronics engineer managed to fix it myself. Very disappointed from low quality of power supply design which appears to be very common Panasonic issue.

A decent TV

Jonathan Hayes, Amazon
13 January 2014
  • Summary: This is a good quality TV that we have used in a retail environment. It runs and it runs without any problems at all and we would highly recommend it. You can run animation on a loop form a USB without problem and you don;t get that annoying bar appear on the screen when it starts a new loop (you can deactivate it very easily). Highly recommend!

Panasonic Customer Service is very poor

Kevin S, Amazon
26 August 2013
  • Summary: For 16 months it was good, then (overnight) power supply issue resulted in it being "dead". Contacted Panasonic customer service. Their response was: "well, it may be covered by the warranty but it may not. Have it checked by our service agent, you will have to pay for this, then we will decide once we have seen their report whether the repair is chargeable.

Good Plasma TV at a great price

Jeepster2, Amazon
23 July 2013
  • Summary: I like this TV as it has great picture quality and has dual tuning.-IE. MPEG 3 & MPEG 4 It was the dual tuning & the great reviews other purchasers had given this TV that made this purchase an easy decision. With dual tuning and if you live within range of Irish TV digital transmitters you can watch all Irish TV channels and all UK channels, without the need of a set top box, using a terrestrial RTE aerial..Useful if you live in Northern Ireland, or West Wales..

Great value tv

Mrs. H. Law "garden fan", Amazon
4 July 2013
  • Summary: I bought this tv just before Christmas last year. It was an absolute bargain! The picture is fantastic, especially when watching HD programmes. Sound is perfectly clear and overall we are very pleased with our choice of Panasonic. The brand name speaks for itself and even though this model is not full HD, it is an excellent tv for the money.

PURE CLASS!!

dazza41, Tesco
17 May 2013
  • Summary: this is the best TV ever lad. Am really fussy about the picture on my TV. Not this one its Class. Using the HDMI lead with Virgin Box and the 5 Lead cable with WII is cracking.. There is no TV out there that is pound for pound better. If you want a TV for under 400 Sheets get this now before they stop making them. Never had a Plasma before but will do in the future in every room. THANKS PANASONIC!!
