Summary: I've had this TV for over 2 years now and I am very pleased with it. The HD picture quality is great, great colours and deep blacks, no motion blur. The setup was quick and straightforward, and the polished grey bezel is a nice touch.
Summary: I could go on about how good this tv is, all the connectors and functions, and how much you get for your money. But the best example has to be the comments i get from other people when they see it "thats a good picture, its much better then mine at home..".
Summary: It's ok as a TV, but the connected services are appalling. No iPlayer, loads of foreign/non-UK apps, not worth the Internet connection. If you want good connected services try LG or Samsung instead.
Summary: Others have commented on the basics so i'll just mention my experience with some more techy stuff. VGA connection to a PC does not give you 1920x1080 resolution. The manual quotes maxes like 1024x768, 1280x1024 and 1366x768. I could not get all of these to work and it differs from 1 PC to the next.
Summary: Aquired this TV last month and this is one incredible TV. First, it's looks, the gunmetal/silver bezel and silver / black stand make the telivision stand out against the usual run of the mill black items.
Summary: As others have said, this TV does buzz a little, the amount depending on what is being shown, but, to me, this is only noticeable when the sound is off.. On the other hand, the pictures are stunning: with deep blacks, natural colours and fine detail.
Summary: A great 42" plasma screen from Panasonic. Very simple to set up - you don't have to read all 100+ pages of the owner's manual first! Straight out of the box it produces rich, realistic colours and HD image quality is stunning, even SD is mighty fine.
