Summary: This item arrived 8 days after order (2 days early)and the delivery driver helped me unbpack, which took about 5 minutes. Set up was straight forward and easy and took about 10 minutes. There are only 3 HDMI connections, (2 in back and one on the side) but there are component connections for an additional HD source.
Pros: Picture quality is superb and the color differentiation is outstanding, Set up was straight forward and easy, Network setup was easy, SD picture was very good
Cons: Sound quality is not that great, There are only 3 HDMI connections, NO RGB connection on the TV
Summary: This must be one of the best things I've bought. The image is so natural it's like looking out of the window. I only use this for films (720p and 1080p) so cant comment on TV reception. No green splotches or varying backlights that I've noticed. I also only watch after dark with low ambient lighting so haven't played with high brightness levels. The only negative I've noticed is pixelation on the edge of subtitles against a dark, fast-moving background.
Summary: Just right for me. Being a plasma, it has an excellent picture, and works well with my home network for BBC iPlayer etc. I use it with my cinema sound system, so haven't used the internal sound so much, but it's pretty good for a slim casing. Could do with a better search engine for YouTube, but now I'm getting unreasonable! I like the feature that you can turn off the picture only so you can listen to sound channels, and reduce power consumed.
Summary: Resolution is great and it has a kind of mat finish to the screen which allows less reflection from surroundings. USB slot is not good for view movies cause it not recognize folders on drives.
Summary: Did not write an earlier review because this was an older model and quite hard to get even in Autumn 2012. Suprised to see it still available in June 2013. So for what its worth... Bought and lived with this set for almost a year now. In terms of picture quality It's everything I expect from a Panasonic plasma.
Summary: we had an old 32 inch wide-screen monster that was replaced by this tv. we were looking for a Panasonic but did not want to spend too much money. we have had it a year now and no complaints. we use to suffer horribly from glare on our old tv but we have now happily forgotten what that was like.
Summary: Having finally parted with my old-style 26 inch Panasonic TV (which I thought was great) I was really pleased with this wide screen TV from day one. The picture is brilliant - it is just like being in a cinema - and wildlife programmes in particular really come to life in HD. A great buy!
