Summary: Lasted less than two years then a bar appeared mid screen.HAD IT CHECKED AT TV REPAIR SHOP--SCREEN REQUIRES REPLACING WHICH COSTS MORE THAN TV WORTH. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND FORGET THIS TV! Wish i had gone to john lewis who offered a five year guarantee.
Summary: Packaging fine. TV looks great, easy to setup and install stand. After about 3 months use, I got a consistent buzzing sound when using it, really loud, could hear it from 15-20 ft away. Nothing to do with speakers, just a constant buzzing sound like something is loose and vibrating. Would not buy again.
Summary: I bought this TV thinking it was a bargain, seeing it's price and specifications. While it lasted it was a great TV. After 4 months of using it, it broke down. I called the awful customer service of Panasonic in London, they came 5 days later with a 3h delay, had a 1minute look at the TV and left saying that next week someone would come to pick it up. They did after another 5 days. 6 weeks later, they deliver back my tv and it is still broken!!! Very bad experience...
Summary: This is an awful TV. It has great specs on paper, but Ive gone through 2 of these and both have had a fundamental flaw with the picture. I had it sent off for repair twice (taking a month altogether) and both times the TV came back the issue was still there. I just received a replacement TV (same model) and the issue is still there!
Summary: How could I not buy this TV after all the rave reviews. My Toshiba Regza had a freeview problem so I bought the Panasonic. I was very disapointed at the washed out screen on SD. No amount of tweeking with all the settings could fix it. Blacks were grey and whites were dirty. Colours were drab and the picture not bright enough. Holiday programmes in the sun looked as if they were filmed on an overcast day. I even hooked up my old set to a Freesat input to compare.
