This review is on a monster Plasma Television, made by Panasonic. I don't actually own one of these, most are in pubs and clubs, but I had the use of one on a regular basis. I have the pedestal version and was very worried that my money wouldn't buy much better than than a std CRT apart from size. I was never able to see HD programmes at any of the dealers I visited just the odd blu ray display and these looked fantastic. I spent hours trying to decide which was the better picture LCD or PLASMA. PLasma certainly has the edge for contrast and fast action scenes. Bought this after reading in Consumer Reports that it was the best they'd ever tested. I couldn't be happier with it. No complaints. Wonderful picture. You'll need external speakers, though. The internal ones are just so-so (I guess that is a complaint, but a minor one). Read more
