    Bought this fine TV from VisualApex, a very fine company. First thing you need to know about this TV (and probably all plasmas) is that out of the box the picture is going crap. You MUST calibrate this TV, using whatever calibration method you want. I used the AVIA DVD after 100 hours of TV break-in (i.e. TV on for 100 hours straight using a moving video that fills the whole screen, I used an aquarium DVD for this portion). Read more

    • position of inputs, greenish shadows on HDMI/DVI, can't stretch video over HDMI input

    I'd like to understand those of us that have no idea what a monitor is, but so be it. I've enjoyed my 508UK going on 5 years with no problems, nothing to complain about... period. Friends invite me over to see there new flat panels and to date, I have yet to see anything that is a better viewing experience. When I asked Panasonic if they were going to come up with a 1080P driver, they of course, fed me a line of pablum. Read more
