Summary: TV was good until it died. Didn't expect an expensive TV to go after 2 years. Like another customer, SC boards went on it and the parts are expensive so not worth the repair. Heard they don't make plasma anymore either.

Summary: They do not stand behind products anymore. I USE TO LOVE PANASONIC NOW THEY MAKE JUNK LOOK UP PLASMA TVS THAT INEXPLICABLY LOOSE CONTRAST AND THEY SAY ITS NORMAL. I HAVE A LED SEVEN MONTHS OLD WITH CLUMPS,BLOTCHES OF SPOTS BUT THEY SAY SINCE YOU CAN'T CLEARLY SEE THEM FROM A DISTANCE , NOT WARRANTY...
Summary: Great tv until it dies right after it comes off of warranty. This is my second and probably last Panasonic. They will not repair although defective SC boards are a known problem. Try another brand
Don't waste your money on expensive Panasonic TVs.

Summary: Don't waste your money on expensive Panasonic TVs. I made a mistake buying Panasonic Viera 65" TV for $4,500 couple of years ago. Now this TV is obsolete, they start disconnecting applications like "Youtube" - NO LONGER SUPPORTED by GOOGLE!!!.
Summary: Purchased the TV in August 2013 because we loved the picture quality of the plasma and the 5 star CNET review. In October 2014, I was watching the TV and the screen just went black. I tried to turn it back on but just saw the 7 blinking red lights.
DO NOT BUY A PANASONIC TV IF YOU EXPECT ANY SERVICE FROM PANASONIC...GO TO ANOTHER BRAND AND SAVE YOURSELF TOTAL AGGRAVATION

Summary: Although this tv is a beautiful product if anything goes wrong, like the picture shrinking to the left hand corner DO NOT count on Panasonic to give you any information for FREE over the phone.
Panasonic Corporation Horrible Customer Support, Management, and Warranty. Stay far away from their TVs.

Summary: We purchased a 50" Panasonic Viera 3D TV from Best Buy in 2012. What we believed to be the IR receiver on the TV itself would work intermittently—sometimes for a few days, a week, and then randomly start working again.
Summary: I purchased two version, one 50" and the other 60": Panasonic TCP50S30 & Panasonic TCP60S30... Both TV's are dead in under 6 months! Check the web, Google "Panasonic TCP50S30 8 blinks", "Panasonic TCP50S30 10 blinks", "Panasonic TCP50S30 14 blinks"...
