Summary: Less than four months after purchasing this TV it died. I called Panasonic and they set me up with an electric company that could come repair the TV. The next day I got a phone call from the electric company telling me the part was on back order for 2 weeks! so I waited 2 weeks. No update.
Summary: Bought it 6 months ago and it stopped working 4 weeks ago and it still isn't fixed. Supposedly there is a part on back order. The automated help line is very frustrating, it's virtually impossible to speak to a human being.
