Summary: Less than four months after purchasing this TV it died. I called Panasonic and they set me up with an electric company that could come repair the TV. The next day I got a phone call from the electric company telling me the part was on back order for 2 weeks! so I waited 2 weeks. No update. So i called again....still on back order for 2-3 MORE weeks! this went on and on with absolutely ZERO help from Panasonic.
Summary: Bought it 6 months ago and it stopped working 4 weeks ago and it still isn't fixed. Supposedly there is a part on back order. The automated help line is very frustrating, it's virtually impossible to speak to a human being. When it worked it was awesome, I think, because that was so long ago I don't really remember.
Summary: i dislike it because it never came when it was paid in full the same day.waited for it around 2 weeks and nobody knew ahything about it, i thought that someone kidnapped it, when i was looking for it, i got to know that it was never sent and once again nobody knew anything so i spent almost $800 and wasted like 2 weeks with out tv, missed my favoutite channels and i was paying half of a month of my cable bill with out my 50 inch plasma .
