Summary: My panel stopped working within the warranty period. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have any parts to repair it with. Waiting is all I have done, and I paid 1400 for essentially a 11 month TV rental. Look elsewhere.
Summary: This product worked nicely for 2 months. After that I started seeing a black vertical line on the screen that will not go away. I called Panasonic customer service, and so far they have been the worst Customer Service experiences I've ever had. Don't know what I will do next, but someone suggested the BBB which seems like the only option at this point...
Summary: I bought this TV in early June, and it arrived quickly. However, 4 screws that are necessary to put the TV stand together were missing from the box. I immediately called customer service. I was made to jump through several hoops in order to fax in a request for the missing part. After I did that, they told me it would be 4-6 business days until the screws arrived.
Good TV if you are lucky enough to get an undamaged one

Summary: I received two of them damaged during shipping. One of them came with the dent down the center of the back panel, the other had two dents on the right side of the back panel. The one with the dents on the side was very hard to tell right away (FEDEX Delivery). I made them out when I noticed flashlighting on the right side of the panel. After looking carefully, I realized it was the two dents that were pushing the LCD panel and the LED lights out of their proper position.
