Summary: I really wanted to love this TV. The TV itself is extremely attractive and the picture was quite good. It's a really thin TV with Netflix very conveniently integrated. About 2 months in, the picture started to become distorted. I called customer support and dropped it off at the repair shop. It's been over 2 months and the replacement part the repair place needs is still backordered. So my TV is 4 months old and it's spent 2 months in the shop.
Summary: The contrrol was missing and the TV was dented. It was returned and the money was reinburesed BUT I was NOT reinbured for the return mailing costs....I think it to be unfaire for me to have to cover that cost...
Summary: My panel stopped working within the warranty period. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have any parts to repair it with. Waiting is all I have done, and I paid 1400 for essentially a 11 month TV rental. Look elsewhere.
Summary: This product worked nicely for 2 months. After that I started seeing a black vertical line on the screen that will not go away. I called Panasonic customer service, and so far they have been the worst Customer Service experiences I've ever had. Don't know what I will do next, but someone suggested the BBB which seems like the only option at this point...
Summary: I got this tv on a Friday, hung it up on Saturday, and everything was working. I plugged in my Apple TV on Sunday and all of the HDMI ports stopped working, including the port that I was watching prior to this. I contacted amazon tech support and they had me check some things, but when we tried to update the firmware the tech support person said that it didn't sound like the TV was fixable without a service call.
Worst TV and experience dealing with customer service ever

Summary: I will start out this review by saying I will NEVER purchase another Panasonic TV again. Their customer service is beyond horrible. I purchased this TV a few months back from Amazon. Once it was delivered I hooked all the inputs up and proceeded to calibrate and test the unit. Immediately after turning the TV on I noticed very bad backlight bleed all around the edges of the screen.
