Summary: Purchased at the beginning of February 2011. Stopped working June 30 2011. Upon calling Panasonic and going thru their troubleshooting, had to take it to another State to be serviced under warranty (thank God!). It is August 15 and I'm still waiting for the part from Panasonic!(power board)My question is: If a power board from a NEW TV is back-ordered that long, how many other orders for that same board caused that back-order?
Summary: i purchased this tv for an upgrade to my 720p 37in olivia flat screen HDTV due to the excellent price and promise of a 1080p 120hz television. the picture quality was worse than my current tv even with 2 days of attempted adjustments, very granular appearance to the picture when viewed closer than 20 ft away. it was also incompatable with my computer (constantly flickered) and my home surround sound/dvd system (appeared green with vertical lines.
Summary: I have had poor sound quality from the first day. [...]Will not buy another Panasonic TV. No problem with J&R...they have not been involved in this problem since it is a manufactor's problem not J&R.
Pros: Attractive Design, Fast Setup, Good Resolution
