Excerpt: We purchased this Panasonic TV when we were in need, well actually, wanting a new television for the extra room. The price for this Panasonic television was just right for us. This television was to be used for cable only, nothing like a game box or computer would be hooked up to this television. So for everything we needed the television to do it was just what we needed, ok what we wanted. It is the perfect size. It has a great picture.
Summary: Most people see this product as a small, needlessly-sharp HDTV with a high-quality IPS panel... ...but, for those of us who see this as a HUGE adequately-sharp PC monitor with a high-quality IPS panel, I'll base my review on this usage, and post the following tips to make the setup a little less painful: ATI video chipsets only: -By default there will be a 15% overscan compensation for HDMI output (including DVI to HDMI cables and adapters.
Summary: This is our first HD flat screen tv. Didn't want anything too big for the room so we got the 32", which was an upgrade from our older 27". Wonderful picture, love the high def channels, but really great for playing video games too. I am happy with this purchase, even though it's only been two months since we got it.
Summary: Frist delivery... TV did not work... returned to seller and a new TV arrived. It works fine. Sound quality is just OK. Picture quality and everything else is good. Although it was annoying to receive a broken TV and had to deal with the return process, happy with the purchase.
Summary: This TV was very easy to install at home. I had to change the my cable service to HD by handing in my old box for an HD box. So the pleasure of seeing actual HD was delayed. The HD channels are stunning, but the other channels are mediocre at best. What has been most disappointing is the sound quality. My 11" Magnavox I bought years ago had more interesting sound.
Summary: This is an excellent TV. In the past I watched very little TV, not now. This television has a great picture and I am finding myself watching TV more, as well as enjoying movies. I am certain anyone will like this TV--just turn it on and the picture is excellent all the time. Exercise DVD's are awesome--it's like being right there with the instructor. What a great experience! This TV is only 32 inches, but it's feels like you are watching a larger screen.
Summary: This is a good TV for the price but it has two shortcomings: the viewing angle is wide but not tall, and it only has digital audio output. First, the positive qualities: Good price, good picture quality, 1080p, many inputs, good backlight distribution, clean design, straightforward configuration menus. As a bonus, its right side has all the essential buttons you need - power, input, volume, channel, etc. That's one less remote you need.
Summary: Over a year ago I purchased what was at the time, a top-of-the-line 46" Panasonic Plasma TV as my primary television. I have been thrilled with the great picture especially when watching DVDs. When the TV in our bedroom died, I once again went to the library to do my homework. I specifically wanted an LCD as I couldn't get a plasma smaller than 42" and wanted something in the 32" range for the location I had in mind.
Summary: We love the Panasonic brand for TVs. This TV has great picture and is the perfect size for our bedroom. The picture is very clear. The one thing I woudl like better about the TV is the sound. We have not set up a sound system in our bedroom and the sound from the TV is not great... its good.. just nothing to rave about. I have a panasonic 42" plasma TV from a few years ago, and I felt that the sound coming from that TV was better.
