Summary: This baby arrived safe and sound. I was really surprised at delivery. Clean. The guy unboxed it, we set it up turned it on and connected my Satellite box to it on HD channel. Whoa!! Nice. We then placed it on a stand and I hooked up all my stuff, plus a 3D player. My 3D movies came in, I slipped one in(night time out) and WOW! It was awesome 3D at its best. We watched Avatar and like the jungle jumped out at you. Amazing.
Summary: This is the best T.V. I have ever owned. it has more options than most. it can play 3D DVD's when used with a 3D DVD player connected to it. beautiful color on the screens. I have only an antenna.

Summary: I purchased the 73inch for my home, I like it so much I purchased one for the man cave at my wedding venue. This was two years ago. I am now in search for another one for my bedroom...I have had no problems and very satisfied with these 73 inch HDTV's...This has been the best deals I have ever gotten on a TV, most people are so impressed and think I paid at least 3k more for them.
Summary: I bought this t.v. last summer and I waited to write a review to make sure nothing went wrong. But it has been awesome!! Whenever I had friends come over to watch football on it for the first time they just stared in amazement. The picture is great and I have had no problems with the bulb. I was really nervous to shell out 1600 for a t.v. that I couldn't even see, but believe me its worth it.
Buy one if you like working on tv's and don't want any customer service

Summary: These are good tvs for the first couple years, then comes the problems. Usually the bulb will be the first thing you'll ha to replace, which isn't bad, but remember that you can't have one shipped to you overnight because the bulb contains mercury and cannot be shipped by air. The next thing after about the time the warranty runs out, you'll get what people are calling the green flashing light of death, just do a search and you'll find many forums on it.
Summary: If you are considering picking one of these babies up you better hurry before they sell out. I was concerned when I found out they were discontinued so I went up and looked at the 80 something inch Sharp, but once I found out that Mitsubishi has to support the TV for another 7 years I decided to pull the trigger on it. Boy, am I glad I did. Those Sharps are absolutely pathetic compared to the picture quality of this DLP. Not even remotely close plus they cost 5 grand.
Summary: This is a fabulous TV. We have a large room for it so we are not concerned with it not being wafer thin. The room is arranged so we still sit within 10 feet of it. The first day the visual almost seemed overwhelming. Now we just appreciate it. Our previous TV was also a DLP so we are spoiled by that.
Summary: I had owned a Mitsubishi rear projection TV for 15 years and wanted a bigger screen. I ended up buying this one because it was bigger than the plasma or led TV's or it was SUBSTANTIALLY less money. It is still thicker than the others but not bad at all. And the picture is incredible. Considering the price and quality, this is THE TV to buy.
